Nicole Good Pierce
Raised in a Southern Michigan small town in the seventies and eighties, Nicole knew at an early age that she wanted to be a performer. Effected by everything from the arias her mother sang around the house to the stacks of 45’s her eight older siblings had on rotation to her love of solo work by Pete Townshend and a handful of others throughout the years, she has melded all of these influences into her own personal musical style.
Along the way Nicole took time to manage a family business, bring up four beautiful and talented children (three sons and one stepdaughter), and journey down the path of growth that is required of someone who is a human, a woman, a mother and an artist. All roles that contribute to and are reflected in her original material and live performances.
In the Fall of 2006, Nicole released her first full length CD of original material at a sold out CD release show at Lansing’s renown Creole Gallery. Nicole sold 100 copies of her CD that night and hasn’t looked back since.
